Please download, complete, and print the NAEF Donor Commemoration Form. This form should be mailed together with your check.
NAEF is a 501( c )3 non-profit organization: All donations are tax-deductible. NAEF acknowledges all donations. Donations made online will receive an automatic email confirmation. All donors will receive a mailed letter of acknowledgement in the month following their donation.
